Returns & Exchanges

Eastern Lines will accept returns on certain items and according to the following policies: 
  • All regular priced and non-sale items can be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of your product’s shipping date.
  • All returned items must be in original unopened packaging.
  • All Surfboards & SUP’s are considered Final Sales and are non-returnable.
  • Any sale or clearance items will only be accepted if they are defective and returned within the 14 day period.
  • Returned items will only be accepted for exchange or credit if they are received in the original condition with all tags and original packaging.
  • If the wrong item or size was ordered, we will do our best to exchange for the correct item based on these return & exchange policies. If the correct item is not in stock, we will issue a store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for any returns or exchanges.
  • Returns will be accepted through United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS ONLY. Returns must be sent prepaid. We do not accept COD’s, send call tags, or any 3rd party billing.
  • Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.
  • The customer is responsible for the condition of any returns upon arrival. It is recommended that customers pay for shipping insurance to avoid additional expenses if a return is damaged during shipping.
  • A small restocking fee may be applied to some items, depending on the item.
  • Please contact us at [email protected] prior to making any returns to receive a return authorization # and return form. Returns will not be accepted if they are not authorized.
  • After 14 days please contact the manufacturer directly concerning any Warranty issues or questions. If you need assistance contacting the Manufacturer, please e-mail us and we will provide you with the contact info.
