Shipping orders are sent out after 2 PM on Monday-Friday. We will call or email for any changes to your order or shipping once your order is received. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, please provide a physical street address.
We offer free local pick-up at Eastern Lines Surf Shop – 1605 Ocean Avenue, Belmar, New Jersey 07719. When you place your order and choose local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will call or email you with instructions when your order is ready for pick-up.
All in-store pick-up orders can be collected during the hours of 12 PM to 4 PM on Thursday-Monday. Please bring your pick-up confirmation email when you arrive.
Surfboard Shipping Information
Surfboard shipping charges vary depending on the length of the board & final destination. Surfboards 6’6″ or smaller typically ship via UPS. Larger Surfboards 6’7″ and up typically ship via Fedex. When we receive your surfboard order we will contact you with additional details regarding shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: A $50.00 packing fee will be added to ALL surfboard shipping orders. No shipping or packing charges will be applied to surfboards set up for local pick-up. We package all Surfboards very carefully and send them to you in a shipping box, fully insured. Upon receiving it, be sure to check the box very carefully for any damages (holes, tears, dents). If there is any damage please make sure to notify the driver in writing and take photos of the damaged parcel. Once you have documented any damages, please call us as soon as possible at (732) 681-6405. In the event of any damages, we will file a claim on your behalf with either the carrier company (UPS or FedEx) and work to resolve it as quickly as possible!
How do I check the status of my order?
When we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number for the carrier you choose so that you can check the delivery status. Please allow 24-48 hours for any tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name & order number so we can investigate the delivery status for you.
What if I receive my order and want to do a return or exchange? Or it is damaged? Or not what I thought I wanted?

If your order arrives damaged, please call us at (732) 681-6405 or email us at [email protected], right away. Please have your order number ready. We will also ask that you email us photos of the damaged item and the condition in which they were received for documentation purposes. Due to the large variety of products we sell, we address damaged goods on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
