Shipping & Delivery

  • UPS Ground shipping on most orders over $75.00 is FREE of charge to customers with the continental USA
  • Surfboards, Bodyboards, Skimboards, Skateboards, Indo Boards, Stand Up Paddles and Board Bags are considered oversize items and are not included in the free shipping program.
  • UPS 3 day, Second day and next day delivery are available at an added expense.
  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, please furnish us with a physical street address.
  • Surfboard delivery prices vary greatly depending on the length of the board and the location it’s going to.
  • Surfboards 6’6″ and under are normally shipped UPS. Larger Surfboards are normally shipped by FedEx. When we receive your order, we will contact you by e-mail with a quote on the final shipping cost.

 Privacy & Security

Eastern lines never discloses buyers information to any outside party. WE respect your privacy and promise to do our best at all times to earn and keep your trust. All personal information that you give us is kept confidential, and protected with utmost care.

For your added protection we use a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to prevent third parties from reading the information you enter during our online checkout process.

We do not store credit card numbers in our database. Once your transaction is complete, we have no way of accessing your credit card information.

Returns & Replacements

  • Non-Sale store items can be returned for exchange or credit within 14 of your product’s shipping date.
  • Please contact us at easternlines@gmail.com prior to making any returns to receive a return authorization number and return form. Returns will not be accepted if they are not authorized.
  • Returned items will only be accepted for exchange or credit if they are received in the original condition with all tags and original packing.
  • Sales or Clearance items will only be accepted if they are defective and returned within the 14 day period.
  • After 14 days please contact the Manufacturer directly concerning any Warranty issues or questions. If you need assistance contacting the manufacturer, please e-mail us and we will provide you with the contact info.
  • Returns may be sent to us using the USPS, or UPS…they must be sent prepaid.
  • We do not accept COD’s, send call tags or accept 3rd party billing.
  • Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.

Ordering

  • Under normal circumstances, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • If we are out of stock of an item we will contact you to offer alternative similar products or let you know when the item will be available. (We never charge your credit card unless the items is available for shipping!)
  • When your order is shipped you will receive e-mail notification with your tracking information.
